From tech support to strategic partnership!

Elisa Giuli is a content strategist who helps creators and professionals craft effective content through her program “Contenuti che Spaccano” (Killer Content).

She was preparing for the launch of her second cohort and faced a challenge familiar to anyone running online courses: the burden of the technical side. Automations to set up across ManyChat, Systeme, and MailerLite. Landing pages to optimize for the waiting list and pre-sales. Circle to set up with paywall, toolkit, and content. Live recordings to edit and turn into promotional reels. Every technical task took time away from content creation and community care.

Elisa wasn’t looking for someone to just follow instructions. She needed someone who could think through the project with her and take ownership of the technical infrastructure for the launch.

My approach

I took full ownership of the technical side of the launch, from setting up automations to uploading live sessions to the platform.

Before the launch, I fixed the integration between ManyChat, Systeme, and MailerLite, configured tags to track payments and trigger the right email flows, optimized both versions of the landing page, and prepared the entire email sequence with copy edits and consistent messaging.

During the launch, I uploaded all live sessions to Circle with video optimization, created promotional reels from the recordings, set up the student toolkit, and built custom AI tools including a dashboard for tracking social media data.

Communication was constant. Messages, voice notes, calls when needed. No issue was left unresolved, no reply took more than a few hours.

What made this collaboration different

What started as tech support turned into an ongoing operational partnership. In 67 days, we went from a vendor-client relationship to one built on mutual trust—where Elisa shares her doubts, challenges, and wins knowing she has someone thinking alongside her.

This happened because I treated her project as if it were my own. When something wasn’t working, I looked for alternative solutions instead of waiting for the problem to fix itself. When student feedback suggested changes, I implemented them without needing detailed instructions.

That’s the difference between a vendor and a partner: a vendor completes tasks, a partner takes care of the outcome.

Client testimonial

“I had the pleasure of working with Gabriele Lakhal during one of my cohort editions.

Gabriele was a true partner throughout the journey, with the rare talent of showing up in just the right way: present, reliable, and always aligned with the project’s vision.

He integrated naturally into the project, contributing with expertise, clarity, and initiative, while always maintaining a great balance and respect for roles.

Someone you can count on, able to support without overstepping and bring value with discretion and professionalism.

I would work with him again without hesitation.”
